Today I’m joined by Kathleen and Melodee of the home-staging company Organizing Nerds to discuss the importance of home staging when putting a home on the market. 

Kathleen and Melodee will be two of the guest speakers at our upcoming Home Sellers Workshop on April 19, and their expertise can go a long way in making your home sale easier and more profitable. They both love to be part of a home selling team, and they understand how busy a home sale can be.

When you’re trying to sell your home, people want to imagine themselves in your space, and it’s hard for them to do that if there is clutter around. Kathleen and Melodee help sellers clear that clutter, organize the areas that prospective buyers will see, and stage them so buyers can see your home as their home.
